Everybody wants that condo by the shore. I can’t begin to tell you how many people have said to me “I’d like to have a home on the coast.” Well gee, ain’t that a big surprise. In reality most of us crave a house by the ocean waves and warm sand. The mere thought of mornings along the oceanfront, basking in the sun’s benign rays sends our minds to a heavenly place. Who can honestly get enough of this pampering? And this is exactly why folks flock to places like California and Florida. But don’t get the wrong idea. My entire life I’ve heard the redundant spiel about how couples retire to Florida. It’s just a guess, but I assume it’s for the climate. Start this real-estate search by getting online. New homes go up for sale all over the country ever day. So if you plan to get your piece of the Florida pie, you’d better get started now. All the future has to bring are higher real-estate costs and denser populations.
